Since our store is so different from every other bridal salon you might have encountered, we get a lot of questions from just about everyone!  So here is a list of the most popular questions and information that you will find helpful.

1. Where do you get your dresses from?
We get dresses from everywhere. We have brokers and designers we work with. We also frequently buy inventory from stores that are going out of business. New stock is coming in almost every day!  Gowns come in and go out so fast sometimes we don’t even get a chance to put them up on our website before they are sold.

2. Why are your dresses so cheap?
We would like to say affordable,  We have a knack for finding and producing amazing dresses ,simply put we keep our prices affordable because our customers deserve it.  This is a family owned business and not a chain store.  Most of our dresses are $150 to $699. We do have premium dresses as well, up to around $1,500 and these dresses are still listed way under the regular retail prices.

3. Can I bring my family, friends, fiancés and anyone else with me to help me choose?
Of course you can bring people with you, it's a special time and we realize brides want people to share in the joy of the moment.  Keep in mind that the more people you bring the more "opinions" you will get.  Keep it simple, bring close people and try to keep your party down to a minimum

4.  What should I wear to my appointment?
Please wear underwear! You might think this would be an obvious request, but you would be surprised.  We will not let you try on gowns without underwear. You do not need a strapless bra when trying dresses on but if you have one by all means bring it. You can wear your regular bra, since you haven't chosen a dress yet, and it's difficult to know what kind of undergarments to buy.  Spanx is your friend, and if you have it wear it, don’t be ashamed about it. You need to try on your dress exactly the way you will wear it on your special day.
We ask all of our brides and guest to take their shoes off to protect the dresses. We have slipper available for you if you don’t have any. (Honestly, it makes the shopping experience more relaxing anyway!)

5. How long are your appointments?
Normally, it is one hour for each appointment. Some take longer and some are over quicker. We will book the time just for YOU!  Please make every effort to show up. If you cannot make your appointment, sometimes that happens, please call us and let us know as soon as you know you can't make it.  When a bride does not show up for her appointment or is late, she is taking time away from other brides who are trying to get in.

6. Do I need an appointment to come take a look around or trying on gowns?
No. You can always drop by to take a look.   Saturday's are usually very busy so please be patient and we'll get to everyone, appointments on Saturday is suggested if you have a larger bridal party for Bridesmaid dress shopping

7. How many dresses do you have to choose from and what styles, sizes and designers do you carry and do you order dresses?
At any given time we have about 400 dresses in stock!  We also have lots of veils, tiaras, headbands, brooches, hairpieces, bridal belts and sashes, etc…  Just about every shape of dress, and our sizes are from 0 - 26 sometimes smaller and sometimes larger.  

8.How do I place my order online?
Start by adding items to your cart, then click on view cart. Enter your login information and continue to checkout. Select billing address. Select shipping type, then select payment type. Apply any gift certificates if applicable. Select place order and your done, you will receive an invoice in your email (be sure to check junk mail if not received in inbox).  

9.  What are the terms and conditions of your shop?
All sales are final. (Every wedding store operates this way and I am no different.) No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Deposits are not refundable.
Alterations are not included in the price of a dress. Layaway does not apply to accessories, flower girl dresses, etc…Only wedding, prom and formal dresses.  All items are sold as is. We are not responsible for size fit based on weight gain or loss.  We are not responsible for, or make any promises for any other business including but not limited to alteration referrals. You agree to these terms and conditions any time you make a purchase from Karma Bridal & Formal whether online or in the store.

The companies, product and service names, all trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, product names and logos appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners, and solely used for identification purposes only. Karma Bridal & Formal is not affiliated or endorsed by any of these companies.

11. Dresses go fast in our shop, our prices can't be beat and they come in and go out quickly.  We do understand if a bride needs to think about it but keep in mind that it could be sold at any time and once it's gone, we usually can't get another one for a while. We Do NOT hold dresses.

12. We ship dresses and accessories worldwide.

13. When searching by size, please also look two sizes up because of designer manufacturing differences. If the dress is corset back, it can either go up or go down two sizes.
