1.1 Where do you get your dresses from?

We get our dresses from an array of amazing designers, both in bridal and prom! Only the best quality and unique styles of dresses will be found on our store floor! We also work with size inclusive brands to ensure that everyone finds their dream dress, both for their prom and their wedding day!

1.2 Why are your dresses so cheap?

We would like to say affordable. We have a knack for finding and producing amazing dresses. Simply put, we keep our prices affordable because our customers deserve it. This is a family owned business and not a chain store. Most of our dresses are $150 to $699. We do have premium dresses as well, up to around $1,500 and these dresses are still listed way under the regular retail prices.

1.3 Can I bring my family, friends, fiancés and anyone else with me to help me choose?

Of course you can bring people with you! It is a special time and we realize brides and graduates want people to share in the joy of the moment. For bridal appointments, we ask that you keep the number of guests to 5 plus yourself, due to room capabilities. 

1.4 What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear what makes you feel your best! When trying on dresses, please keep on your underwear but remove your bra if you feel comfortable. All our dresses have cups and support built into them so that you do not need to wear a bra on your special day! If you plan to wear shapewear, feel free to bring it, but do not feel it is necessary for a dress unless it makes you feel more confident!

We ask do ask all of our brides, grads, and guests to take their shoes off at the front door to protect the dresses. We have slippers available for you if you prefer them to just being in socks!

1.5 How long are your appointments?

Prom appointments are 1 hour slots. This allows for plenty of time to try plenty of dresses, without becoming overwhelmed! Suit appointments are also 1 hour slots; however, if you have more than two to be fitted, please plan for longer. For bridal appointments, we provide an 1 hour and a half. Some brides need to take their time, some are speedy, and we are here to help no matter what! 

1.6 Do I need an appointment to come take a look around or trying on gowns?

No appointments are needed; walk-ins are welcome! We do recommend that if it is a weekend to make an appointment, as it is our busiest time. If you are a bride with a group larger than 2, we recommend making an appointment too. Any group looking to be fitted for suits larger than 2, please make an appointment.

1.7 How many dresses do you have to choose from and what styles, sizes and designers do you carry and do you order dresses?

At any given time we have over 400 dresses in stock!  We also have lots of veils, tiaras, headbands, brooches, hairpieces, bridal belts and sashes, etc. We carry a variety of designers, and just about every shape of dress. Our sizes range from 00-30, sometimes larger.
